Who we are

What we collect
Your email address, only if you enter it to receive the portfolio tracker. The form is handled by Web3Forms, which passes the address to us by email. The sheet is sent by hand, not by an automated mailing list.
The form carries a separate, optional tick box. It is off by default. If you leave it unticked we use your address once, to send the sheet, and for nothing else.
If you tick it, we keep the address and may email you two kinds of thing: new research we publish, and occasional commercial messages, which can include products we earn a commission on. Anything commercial will say so in the email itself, on the same terms as everything else on this site. You can ask us to stop, or to delete the address entirely, at any time, and we will confirm when it is done.
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read. This collects information such as approximate location, device type, referring site and pages viewed. It is not used to identify you personally.
Affiliate tracking. When you follow a partner link, the destination may set a cookie recording that you arrived from here, so that a commission can be attributed. That cookie is set by the partner, is governed by their privacy policy, and we do not receive your personal details from it.
We do not collect financial data. Nothing you enter into the spreadsheet is sent to us, because the file lives in your own account and we have no access to it.
Legal basis, for readers in the EU and UK
Consent, given separately for each purpose: submitting the form consents to us sending the sheet, and ticking the optional box consents to research updates and occasional commercial emails. Either is withdrawn by asking us to stop or to delete the address. Legitimate interest for analytics, limited to understanding which content is useful.
How long we keep it
Email addresses until you ask for deletion. Analytics data according to the retention period set in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
Who we share it with
Web3Forms, which processes the form submission and forwards it to us. Google, as the analytics provider. Nobody else. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will act within 30 days. Email hello@feequity.com.
Cookies
Analytics cookies, and cookies set by partners when you follow their links. Browser settings can block both. The site works fine without them.
Children
Not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
Material changes will be noted here with a new date at the top.
